How much is shipping?
- Shipping from Mexico to the US or Canada is between $20 and $300 for original paintings and commissioned art.
- The price will be added automatically when you check out.
- Planning a trip to Puerto Vallarta? come visit the studio and leave with your piece by plane (carry-on or checked luggage)
- Want to save on shipping? Find a Mexico Mule to bring the piece for you. I will gladly meet up with them before their departure.
- Prints and Jewelry from Etsy are shipped from Montreal for free.

How will my piece be packed? is it safe?
- Depending on the size and the technique, the piece can be shipped as-is (stretched on wood frame) or rolled.
- The rolled option is much cheaper and you simply have to have it re-stretched once you receive it.
- If you are bringing the piece back by plane, it will be packed in a shock proof method that can resist the transport.
- All pieces shipped through DHL come with a tracking number and insurance.
How long before I receive my piece?
- If you are purchasing directly for the site and it is shipped with DHL, expect about 10 working days to reach your doorstep.
- If you receiving through a "Mexico Mule", it will depend on their travel arrangements.
- If you are ordering a custom piece, the timeline will be discussed along with the scale of the project.
What is the process for commissioned art?
- First, let's chat! In person at the Studio or through a Zoom meeting. We will discuss, ideas, symbolism, colors, sizes and all the important details to make your idea come to life.
- Once you make the 50% deposit, you will be provided with a sketch/moodboard before we start along with 2 revisions.
- You will be updated twice during the process but more if you follow me on Instagram *wink*
- The remaining 50% must be paid upon completion and before shipping.
What method of payment do you take?
- From Mexico: Cash in Mexican Pesos (in Person) or transfer to mexican account.
- From Canada: Transfer with Wise, Interac transfer, Paypal or credit card through Stripe
- United States: Transfer with Wise or Stripe.
